RealPacking has been honored as a winner at the 26th Japan Automatic Recognition System Awards, hosted by the Japan Automatic Identification System Association in 2024. 🎉
The Japan Automatic Recognition System Awards, held annually since 1999, recognizes outstanding automatic recognition technologies and systems that have either been successfully commercialized or show great promise. Each year, numerous companies participate to showcase their technological expertise.
The Award provides a prestigious platform, allowing only the companies that pass a highly competitive preliminary screening to advance to the final round. We are honored that RealPacking was selected during June’s rigorous evaluation, giving us a valuable opportunity to showcase our innovations in the finals.
From instant CS resolution to marketing with automatic video recording.
It was a great opportunity to introduce Realpacking to a wide audience, from CS representatives to logistics and marketing teams. We prepared a presentation that covered the benefits, unique features, and case studies from various companies already using Realpacking, making the most of this valuable opportunity!
Among the various features, Realpacking video logs attracted significant interest, particularly the ability to share recorded videos with customers in real-time and the marketing functions available on the Video Message page.
Realpacking was highly valued as a new marketing channel, especially for its capacity to allow clients to customize the Video Message page with their branding, including logos, intro ads, and banner ads, thereby enhancing brand visibility.
Additionally, there was considerable interest in the feature that enables quick resolution of CS issues by searching automatically recorded Realpacking videos by invoice or order number, which also contributes to reducing fraudulent claims.

Despite the short presentation time, the judging committee highly appreciated Realpacking’s technological expertise and social value, showing great interest. Thankfully, we achieved the significant accomplishment of winning an award among many strong competitors. Once again, we extend our heartfelt thanks.
